Enjoy these classic but foolproof recipes.
1. Espresso Martini
Delicious, characterful and visually elegant it will tidy up any table before or after the dinner table.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of sugar syrup,
ice,
100 ml of vodka,
50 ml of freshly brewed espresso coffee and 50 ml of coffee liqueur.
In a cocktail shaker add the ingredients in the order. Shake well, pour into a martini glass and garnish with four coffee beans.
2. Dirty Martini
Ingredients
Ice, 150 ml London dry gin,
25 ml of olive brine
25 ml of dry vermouth
Add the ingredients in a pitcher and stir. When the pitcher is chilled, strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a couple of olives strung on a cocktail stick.
3. Negroni
An infallible short cocktail that is popular for all occasions.
Ingredients
25 ml of gin,
25 ml of sweet vermouth,
25 ml of Campari and ice,
Garnish with a slice of orange.
4. Mulled wine
For an easy version:
Heat in a pan: a bottle of red wine, 1 sliced clementine, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 star anise, 3 dried figs, 4 cloves and 3 black peppercorns.
Once hot, remove the spices, serve in a glass, add a little brandy and garnish with a slice of orange and a cinnamon stick.
5. Mimosa
There is nothing easier than preparing a Mimosa: just fill a champagne glass halfway with sparkling wine and add orange juice until full. No garnish is needed, but you can also put a slice of orange on the rim.
