A bergamot liqueur based cocktail: Love of Zero by Thanos Prunarus
Thanos Prunarus is known as the owner of the Baba Au Rum bar located in the Greek capital. He brings us the Love of Zero cocktail.
Prunarus served as a receptionist at the Thessaloniki Hotel, and as a bartender in London. In 2009, he decided to launch his own bar in Athens, where he currently lives. Thanos will participate in the next seminar Seminar of the world at Athens Rum & whisky festival.
The name of the cocktail Love of Zero refers to the film released in 1921 and bearing the same name. The drink includes lemon, tomato water, bergamot and orange flower.
Love of Zero Cocktail
Ingredients
50 ml Bergamot liqueur
15 ml Tomato water
15 ml Simple Syrup
25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
3 Drops Orange flower Water
½ bar spoon albumin
Type of glass : cocktail coupette glass
Filling : rosemary sprig
Preparation
Mix the ingredients with ice, shake and strain into a coupette cocktail glass. Add the garnish and 3 dashes of Suze Red Aromatic Bitters.
Don’t drink and drive. Enjoy responsibly.
