Marco Regini comes from Florence, Italy and where his passion for bartending was born, when his parents worked at Mighty Harry’s Bar. He started reading books on mixology, then found his first job as a bartender in an Irish pub, and then in a hotel.
Since then, three years later after an experience in London, he moves to Madrid where he is currently at the Platea bar. It is also part of the Amazoñico, one of the most famous restaurants in the city, inspired by Amazonian culture and gastronomy.
