
El Príncipe Cocktail by bartender Marton Martin
This time we bring you another delicious original cocktail recipe, this time from Argentine bartender Marton Martin, El Príncipe. Ready?
With 36 years and eight years of career in the program “El Gran Bartender” in Argentina, and winner of the same thanks to his cocktail Cynar Julep. He has also participated in the program of Juan “Picco” Monaco, one of the best tennis players in Argentina. On the other hand, he frequents radio programs to talk about the art of cocktail making.
Marton is currently the manager of Thompson&Co Bar. It is a Bar & Bistró inspired by the spirit of the 1920s and the Prohibition Era or know as the dry law. It is also head bartender of Leitmotiv bar, reputed for its good cocktails, art atmosphere and lifestyle. Marton is also proud creator and producer of his own aromatic bitter “Marton Black”. His motto: “It’s Not A Cocktail, It’s Art“.
El Príncipe Cocktail by Marton Martin
Ingredients
60 ml of gin
30 ml of Vermut Dry
30 ml cassis liqueur
Glass
Old Fashioned coupe
Garnish
Skewer
Cherry
Mint
Preparation
Mix the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the mixture into the Old Fashioned glass, and decorate with a mini skewer incrusting the cherry and mint. Taste.
Don’t drink and drive. Enjoy responsibly.
