The Bellini cocktail revisited at the Roxo bar at the famous “Les Bains”
Aperitif at the bar of the famous establishment of Les Bains, located in the 3rd arrondissement. Chef bartender Eric Sablonière has twisted the Bellini, a refreshing and light cocktail.
Since last November, Les Bains has opened the Roxo: the establishment’s new restaurant-bar. It is a real place to live with a splendid central bar that is waiting for you to enjoy cocktails. And not just any cocktails, give way to great creation by the talented chef barman, Eric Sablonière. He revisited and signed the famous Bellini with champagne and a homemade red fruit puree. The cocktail menu is inspired by the place and is therefore divided into 4 chapters, the 4 periods in the history of Les Bains.
